If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If we have to repair any equipment or fixture providied and installed by us more than twice in the first year, we will replace the item for you absolutely FREE. Why? Because we don't want you to get stuck with a lemon.
Service Work & Repair Guarantee We guarantee our plumbers will not smoke or swear in your home, are drug-free, will wear shoe covers and/or lay protective drop cloths on your carpets. They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, you don’t pay until you are satisfied with the results..
